Tourist Tax: € 2,50 per person per day (aged 14 and over).     

        

Terms of payment:

A) A 30% of the total amount is required as advance deposit payment at the time of the booking. The refund or the re-use of the          deposit it's only expected if the cancellation arrives no later than 30 days before the date of arrival.

B) The balance must be paid on arrival day. 

    Terms of payment: Cash, Online bank transfer, Ec and Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, ATM. 

C) In case of early departure or no show, the entire amount of the booked period will be charged.

D) After the booking any change regarding the arrival dates, the length of stay or the number of guests must be communicated 30      days before and only via e-mail.
